This is an e-book I found some time ago. It provides excellent insight into the bar girl scene as well as some healthy advice for finding and maintaining a relationship that is good and fruitful. The author has lived in Thailand for several years, and even after only about one year in this country, I can validate what he says in the book.
Just remember, if you meet a girl in a bar, leave her there. Hooking up is fine - a decision between two consenting adults is not a problem. The problem will come in when you think she'll change.
